Altering Plans & Making Additions

Westland Transportables can alter your home design to whatever specifications you require or have a draftsman draw up your own plans. We can allow for future home extensions or additions in the original framing, and homes can be resized and interior wall positions changed – whatever you want for your new home, we can arrange it.

Not every location is the same and for this reason our factory built homes can be flipped, reversed or rotated to suit any aspect and maximise sunlight and air flow. In addition Westland Transportables can arrange the construction of verandas, patios, decks, garages and sheds.

Exterior & Interior Design

Add your personal taste and style to your new home by selecting internal and external paint colours, laminex kitchen bench-tops and cupboards, bathroom tiles and floor coverings.  We can assist you with all aspects of exterior and interior home design as we incorporate quality finishing’s and fittings into the designs of all our factory built or modular homes.
